How it works
This type of solar water heater provides mains pressure pre-heating via a highly effective copper coil heat exchanger located within the solar collector tank. Rather than using the water in the tank directly, as the non pressure does, this type uses a 45 m copper coil.
Heat exchanger inside the tank which provides more than 2.5m 2 of heat transfer area. When water flows though the coil it absorbs heat FROM the water inside the solar collector tank. The solar collector tank is therefore a thermal store and amount of water you can draw is not restricted to size of tank.

Product Description
Compact Pressurized Solar Water Heater System, which made up of heat pipe vacuum tube, galvanized frame, storage tank, electric pump, controller, etc.
They are usually more expensive than passive systems but are also more efficient. Especially in cloudy days or sunless days.
Work Principle:
There are two vacuums in an all-glass heat pipe, the one in the inner tube and the one between the inner and the outer tube. The inner tube absorbs the solar energy, which is transferred to heat. The temperature in the inner tube rises up and the transfer fluid in the inner tube vaporizes. The vapor rises up to the condenser where it transfers the heat to the water in the tank, so the vapor loses its heat and condenses, then flows down to the bottom of the tube. Such a circulation will continue as long as the sun shines.
Advantages:
1) Start up quickly, heat pipe transfer the heat energy into the storage tank in one direction.
2) No water inside the evacuated tubes, the solar water heater can still in service even with several tubes breakage.
3) Can be used all year round in the cold climate.
